The wide input range, high efficiency operation and a shutdown input during stand-by operation make the converters particularly interesting for battery operated applications.
The TMR-2WI Series consists of 14 models offering 9~36 VDC or 18~75 VDC Input Ranges with Single and Dual-Outputs ranging from 3.3~15 VDC. An excellent efficiency up to 84% allows -40°c to +75°C operation temperatures at full load. Further features include remote On/Off control, 1000 VDC Isolation, short circuit protection and tightly regulated output voltages. Typical applications for these ultra-compact converters are battery operated equipment and distributed power architectures in communication, instrumentation and industrial electronics, everywhere where space on the PCB is critical.
